Residential and commercial property in well-selected locations can make for a strong long-term investment. Paired with new construction, it has the benefit of reduced maintenance, higher appeal to tenants (and hence better returns), and depreciation benefits.
Investment opportunities in the development projects will also become available, offering return on capital investments, profit sharing, and stock back models.
We are also able to offer joint venture opportunities to land owners that may wish to realize more than the base value of their land, through joint venturing with us in a development.
